By accessing and using PadelTournament Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Service Usage

• You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Free and Paid Services

The Service offers both free and paid features. Free accounts are limited to one tournament. Paid subscriptions provide access to additional features and unlimited tournaments.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PadelTournament Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PadelTournament Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
